1. Guided Nature Services

Wild Frame Adventures offers guided services in nature. By booking our services, you agree to participate in these activities under the guidance of our experienced staff.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers may cancel their bookings up to 24 hours before the tour's start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel your booking.

Should Wild Frame Adventures find it necessary to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside of our control, such as inclement weather, safety concerns, illness among our staff, or changes in our partner companies' availabilities, the following conditions will apply:

Guests will be notified as soon as possible regarding the cancellation.
Wild Frame Adventures will provide a full refund for the cancelled tour.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests on an alternative tour or reschedule the cancelled tour if possible.
Wild Frame Adventures will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred by guests as a result of the cancellation.

We strive to provide exceptional experiences for our guests, and we appreciate your understanding in situations where cancellations are necessary. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a cancellation, please don't hesitate to contact us.

3. Liability and Responsibility

While Wild Frame Adventures prioritizes safety, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. The company and its staff are only liable for damage or injury caused directly by them. Participants are responsible for their own actions and should handle any injuries or damages with their travel insurance providers.

4. Age Restrictions

There are no specific age restrictions for our guided services. However, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors during tours and ensuring their safety.

5. Participant Guidelines

Participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by our guides during tours for their safety. This includes staying on designated paths, respecting wildlife and natural habitats, and adhering to safety precautions.

6. Photography/Videography

Wild Frame Adventures incorporates photography and videography into our tours to capture memorable moments. By participating in our tours, you agree that photos and videos taken during the tour may be freely used by Wild Frame Adventures for advertising and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your photo or video to be used in such materials, please contact Wild Frame Adventures as soon as possible.

7. Force Majeure

Wild Frame Adventures shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, war, terrorism, strikes, or other labor disputes, or any other force majeure event.

8. Personal Information

Wild Frame Adventures collects and handles personal information, including name, email, and phone number, confidentially for booking and communication purposes only. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties.

9. Responsibility and Care of Belongings

At Wild Frame Adventures, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our participants. While we strive to create memorable experiences, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage or loss of valuables during our programs. It is imperative that you take proper care of your belongings and keep them secure throughout the duration of the program.

As a participant in our programs, you are entrusted with the equipment provided and lent to you by Wild Frame Adventures. It is your responsibility to use this equipment with care and return it in the same condition as received. In the event of any damage caused intentionally or accidentally to the equipment, or if any equipment goes missing during the program, Wild Frame Adventures reserves the right to charge the costs of repair or replacement to the participant involved.

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these responsibilities regarding the care of your belongings and our equipment.
